What we collect (very little), what advertising partners collect, and how to opt out.

1. What we collect

Short-V has no accounts, no logins and no user profiles, so we collect no names, email addresses or payment details. Our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Local storage on your device

Your watch position and continue-watching list are stored in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Advertising

This site is funded by third-party advertising. Ad networks and their partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure performance and, where permitted, to personalise ads. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

4. Your choices

You can opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings, your device's ad-tracking controls, or industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices opt-out pages. Blocking cookies does not stop you watching anything on Short-V.

5. Children

Short-V is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction or deletion regarding personal data. Because we hold no account data, most requests concern server logs; write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
